traveling with Nutrisystem

I just googled traveling with Nutrisystem and immediately found the answer to my questions about getting the packaged food through security.  Sounds like I can take it in my carryon without a problem... I did see that if you are doing the frozen foods it must be totally frozen when you go through security so that's a good tip to remember if i ever decide to try the frozen products.

Well I just got back from Europe and I took the food in my checked luggage, no problem, although i didn't say anything but the stuff in my carry which was shelf stable they made me open and taste in front of them, kinda defeats the point of having it shelf stable.....made my flight a little more difficult......on the way back, i ate airplane food, which portions are not unlike nutrisystem and kept and of my food in checked! :) I hope that helps......(Live in Canada so i dont get frozen, so no idea about that)

congratulations for taking ns with you. Vacation is a time when you can really get tempted and have a set back. I went to Disneyland and stayed on plan the whole time. I took beef jerky for my protein, and I had carrots and apples in my bag to go with the entrees. I took the thinks that I could eat at room temperature and it was really easy. Disneyland is so fun that it was a great distraction from my hunger, but those wonderful smell did make my stomach growl sometimes!!!Also my family is my greatest support, they wouldn't have let me cheat!!!
