My second BBB has arrived and in it was my first Nutribear (Pound).  I gotta admit I'm not a Teddy Bear kind of guy, but I had to be proud of what that little guy represents.  He is sitting on our mantle, right on top of my shadow box that holds all my military awards and ribbons.  I figure that is a good place for him since he represents achievement.  My wife and I can not wait till we earn more of the lil' guys so we can line them up beside him!   This morning excercise went easy.  When I felt my legs tightening and I wanted to back off, I could glance at Pound and see that I have attained one goal and another is within reach.  I have never been so excited about excercising, EVER!  I know it's early but I think this new lifestlye thing is going to work.
