Week 3 all wrapped up!
Just finished up week 3 and down 11.7 lbs!! Super excited. I still failed at the treadmill! I dont know what my issue is...I just need to stop procrasting. I keep telling myself one thing at a time, get nutrisystem meals down and then add in the excercise..I just need to do it and stop talking about it. ;0) Happy Losing this week my friends! Onto week 4.
