Eating after dinner?
Does any body know how this diet works as far as eating after dinner? I have always been told you shouldn't eat after dinner. I was wondering about the desert and trying to eat every two hours or so.

A lot of folks around here save there NS Dessert and eat it a few hours after dinner......if that keeps you from having the late night munchies it should be fine!!

i used to work midnites and would eat right before going to bed and lost weight...they say you shouldnt eat after x as it takes time to digest and the body will use that food..blah blah blah...we have to do what works for us...if you stop losing then reevaluate...but i often eat right before bed and im losing...besides less face it the desserts are not big...microdots of saatisfaction....

I agree with the above comments. I have my NS dessert about an hour before I go to bed and I try to have a sweet dessert... usually Chocolate Chip Cookies, or the Pound Cake or the Carrot Cake... all are delicious!!!

I had a problem with nighttime snacking, so for me personally, I cut myself off after dinner/desert which I usually eat together or just slightly apart. I don't eat after 10pm, but that doesn't mean other people don't have fine results eating later than that. Some people have schedules that don't allow them to eat earlier. The key is that you shouldn't eat RIGHT before bed. Putting an hour in between the last thing you eat and bed is good because it's not great for your body to be prone right after eating. It's just not good for digestion. :)
