Blizzards and week 1
Well, I am on week one, just finished fourth day! So far, I like it! How many calories are us women meant to have a day anyway. I am getting to an average of around 1012.
I have a long long way to go, so much to loose, and the most annoying part is when I get around 30lb off, been there before so many times, need to go way past that.

I am in NH and jeez do we have a blizzard, wind is howling but still got power. My comfort snack tonight was two oranges, should had one, but whatever, better than what I used to do. Would have been 6 oreos or more, ha ha.

Anyway looking forward to weighting in on Tuesday to see what a difference a week can do on NS. Next week exercise and more water. I am so happy that I can have double choc muffin for breakfast and a choc bar for dessert. It gives me treats to look forward to. So far not to hard to stick to. I am a newbie, so ask me in a month and we will see.

Hope the trees stay up tonight, soooooooooooooo windy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
